At Great Woods CrossFit we understand that everyone has different goals so we offer 2 different levels of training (Fitness &Performance). Depending on your goals, and also your experience and fitness level, you will follow one of these phases. Both are designed to be effective and our knowledgable coaches will help determine which phase is right for you. If you are committed to getting better and follow your designated program correctly, you will see results and gains in your training in no time.


The Fitness Phase is for those athletes who are just starting out or for those who are just looking to get fit all while keeping the movements simple and safe.  Although athletes in this phase will not be exposed to the complex Olympic lifts or highly skilled gymnastic movements, the movements introduced here will be efficient and effective and will improve your overall fitness.


Our Performance Phase is for those athletes looking to take their athleticism to the next level in the sport of fitness for whatever sport they participate in. In this phase, our athletes will be exposed to all forms of strength and conditioning such as Olympic lifting, powerlifting, plyometrics, gymnastics and endurance training. This phase has shown to get our athletes stronger, faster and more fit.
