Performance

Our Performance program is focused around the core CrossFit methodologies which are constantly varied, functional movements performed at a relative high intensity that are universally scaleable. Athletes will be exposed to all forms of strength and conditioning such as powerlifting, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, gymnastics and endurance training that are proven to get our athletes stronger, faster and more fit! Prior CrossFit experience or completion of our On-Ramp program is required.

Fitness

Our Fitness program combines cardiovascular movements such as running, rowing, skiing and biking along with high-rep, light-weight movements utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells & medicine-balls and more. Throw in a variety of core movements, this H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) program delivers a unique experience, guaranteed to shred fat and tone your body. Open to all experience and fitness levels!
